If I'm real angry I look up to the heavens and talk to God and that helps alot

Prayer, Prayer, and more prayer, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. But the goal is to keep praying and trying to not lose your temper. I just keep telling myself that whatever they are upset with or about isn't me (unless I have been a real horses a**) and that does happen :-0.

booze, and the occasional outburst where I take out all my pent up anger and beat the homeless or a birthday clown or some other of the dregs of society

I smoke a joint about once a week, that tames me a bit...other than that, you realize people aren't perfect and neither are we, so we make mistakes.

my first 25 years i could not keep it in me if you were wrong but my next 25 i was in not so secure soil and territory and i learn to muffler my anguish and tempera mend it took a while !!
