Car was first registered between March 01 2004 and August 31 2004, MOT is due 3 years from date of first registration so have a look at the Vehicle Registration document because it will need MOTing this year.

Look on the V5 document (the registration document) to see when the car was first registered. That will be sometime between March and August 2004. You need to book in for a MOT before you renew the road tax.

Should be early 07 but check your docs to be sure. My car is a 53 but my mot was not sue until 07 as the car was regsitered 04.

On the car registration certificate (V5C) check the date of first registration - that is when the MOT is due, it will be due around now since it's been 3 years after first registration.

I also have 04 reg and my date is due April 30th

A car needs its MOT when it is three years old, I think it tells you when it is due on the Registration Document. (MOT = Ministry of Transport).
