Excedrine Tension Headache or Excedrine Migraine work the best for me. I am in the office everyday, and when I feel a tiny headache coming on I take an Excedrine Migraine and its gone within 5 minutes or less...and I dont have to worry about it the rest of the day. Trust me, it works!

Always keep a bottle of Excedrine Migrane pills on hand.
Otherwise, drink some water and take deep slow breaths..sometimes headaches are caused by lack of oxygen.

Try massaging your thumbs its suppose to help with relieving headaches.This is some form of reflexology and drink plenty of water

having parasethamol is one way to relieve but not recommended for long intake. having enough sleep. taking vitamin c.
if the headache continues you should see a physician..

you need to go to the bathroom for a 10 min breather...maybye go outsideif you can..and just take deep breaths turn off the light in the bathrrom for a couple mins..if you cant, then DRINK WATER! it helps.
