Why would you care about what her friends are gonna think if you're trying to be with her? If you think she's the type to care that much about what her friends think that she wouldn't date you then that's not the most mature chick to date. If that's the main reason why you're afraid I think you should realize that most girls if they like a person are going to go out with that guy regardless of what their friends think. Most of the time girls don't like who their friends are dating because they don't feel like the guy is good enough for their friend, but the girl doesn't give a crap, if she likes him that's all that counts. So if I were you I'd worry more about what the girl you like thinks and how to charm her instead of what her friends are gonna say.

Follow your heart. Don't listen to her friends or even bother to care what they think. If you want to ask her out ask her out when shes not around her friends and never know it might work out good.

do you really like this girl...do you know if she likes you back .....and why would you need her friends to approve you of going out with her or even asking her out.....so i can understand more of the situation

Just ask her out and see where it goes. Don't worry about her friends, they probably just want her to be happy anyway. If it's meant to be it will work out.

if you really like a girl. you shouldn't care what other people will think because it's about you two not others.
if you really like her go for it regardless of what other people think. or you can talk to her about it.
