The capillaries of the glomerulus and bowmans capsule are surrounded by some very special cells called podocytes. These cells have foot processes that form Filtration slits around the capillaries. These filtration slits are small enough to prevent protiens from passing. Along with that there is a negative charge in the basement membrane that also repels protiens. Some amino acids can pass but not larger proteins.

T cell mediated cytokine damage to Basement membrane only results in albumin filtration. In the absence of such a damage , albumin is not filtered.
