I don't have a mini tramp I have a big one in my backyard. What are some good exercises to do on it and how do I do it?

Well, we used to do all kindsa stuff on our 20' trampoline, let me share!

- seat drop count/contest: with a buddy you can count how many seat drops in a row you can do. Try to outdo each other. By yourself, keep track of how many you can do and try to outdo your record every time.

- knee drop count/contest: same as above only knee drops, not seat drops (land no your knees, not butt)

- double drop count/contest: same as above seat drops only bounce TWICE before recovering to next drop

- split/Russian jump count/contest: keep track of how many you can do in a row and outdo yourself or your friends

We also used to run around the edge of the trampoline and see who could do the most laps without falling off or falling over or getting dizzy haha...
