ok so me and my bf can talk to hours and hours non stop in person.but when we are IMing we barely have anything to say...we talk a little but then there's just a sudden stop...why is that? im so confused!! im on vacation and so i get on to talk to him and he gets on to talk to me...we talk for like 15 mins then stop...its weird..because when i am back home he's always with me..and i mean always!PS>we live in africa.im n burundi on vacation and he is living in rwanda,thats also where i live,we r teenagers,we live out here with our parents..he's candaian and im american. please help!

when you are iming each other what do you both talk about....do you both have msn...... maybe you both dont want to say much in iming and your just waiting to get back with each other and then spend it talking to each other for hours in sure both of you are missing each other and u feel it would be better once your back with him.. hope i have help if you want more help just leave a message and ill help you out

well most people do something else while they are IMing. You don't have to spend every moment thinking of him...enjoy your vacation he'll be there when you get back.

some people have problems talking when it come's to IM's or the phone because it is so impersonal. I wouldn't worry to much about it. if it bothers you that much say something to him about it. also try asking him so thought provoking questions!

He might be preoccupied with something. If you guys were in person and had that sudden stop then that would b something to worrry about.
