The answer is what he wants. If you can not give him the sex he wants, he will feel a little turned away from you. However, this won't make him wanna leave. He may just masturbate when he wants.
This is a complex issue and is different from male to male.
You can't get one straight answer.

for the reason which you have desperate that situations revolving around foodstuff and intercourse are disqualified, i think of in line with risk it fairly is substantial which you provide examples of what you think approximately romantic. Romance is approximately charm. Getting a guy's interest and arising charm bonds oftentimes incorporates sexuality, so brushing off something that finally leads to that bump into seems counter-intuitive. Is paying costs romantic? paying on your well known scotch or a cigar? Getting your motor vehicle washed so which you do no longer could do it? Mowing the backyard? Getting tickets to a action picture you prefer to work out? some issues which sound romantic to a minimum of one couple would to no longer somebody else. that's the belief of a considerate act which determines its romantic quotient.

I feel sex is not a important issue in the marriage. But there are some people whose main issue after marriage will be only sex and they don't understand that sex is not the only way to leave a happier life. both husband and wife should have understanding rather than having one-sided sex. sex is not so important issue. it is an understanding between husband and wife that matters. sex is only secondary.

You seem to understand that only sex keeps love intact. If both of you are satisfied with the frequency of your sexual activities, that is the correct number.

first at all, you don't give sex to keep your love intact. nobody give sex for that reason, sex should be perfecting your love, not to rescue it from a sorry state.
back to the topic, no normal frequency for sex intercourse. As long as you two feel comfortable and it doesn't cause harm to health, you can do it anytime and how many time you want...

A real relationship is not about how often you have sex, but rather the bond the two share for each other.

If you have to "give" something to keep a relationship, then this is going to fail eventually. It is better to let go of such a thing.
