A freind of mine was told she had a tumor when she was really 5 months pregnant. Wait the two weeks for the pg test. Keep getting tested until you feel you have the answer. Good luck.

Anything is possible. Some woman don't find out they are pregnant until they give birth. For me I was about 2 1/2 months along with my first and thought I felt butterflies in my stomach and sure enough it was a little baby in there and everyone told me I was crazy but I just knew and I really felt movement around 4 months and didn't show until 5 1/2 months. With my second I didn't show until about 6 months and felt movements at about 3 1/2-4 months. Wait for the test and see what it says. If it comes back negative i would see about getting some testing done. My periods were every 6 months so I had a lot of negative tests before finally realizes i was really pregnant. The dr finally did testing and discovered that I have PCOS and my ovaries are covered with cysts. Good luck.

There was a time in my life that i wanted a baby so bad, that i could see, hear and smell the baby. The mind thing that you are saying is very true and logical.I went through it and i know how it feels trust me.If they thought you were pregnant, they wouldn't do a pap-smear.A simple blood test is all they need to confirm your pregnancy. When the pap smear is done, that means they need to find out what's wrong.I am sorry,to me you don't seem to be pregnant.I went through 4 years of infertility.Tried everything to get pregnant, including two surgeries. It was a painfull experience, but while worth it.I have two beautiful children and i hope you will too.Just be patent and strong.

Usually the cervix gets softer during pregancy. That could be the cause of the spotting. Also your doctor could feel the baby during a pap smear if the baby was large enough for you to feel it move. Are you sure you don't have a tape worm or a tumor? I'd be calling your doctor and getting an ultrasound done pronto!

It's very possible to be pregnant and get lots of false negative tests. Some women don't find out they're pregnant until 3, 4, or even 6 months along! But, it could be that you want to be pregnant so much that you're mentally making yourself feel pregnant. This is a common thing, but you should get checked out either way. Good luck.

Yes she could tell if you are pregnant during a Pap smear, if she is an experienced gyn. The cervix gets softer and the color changes.
You'll have to wait and see what the pregnancy test shows. Good luck !

Well, I'll tell you one thing: If you're doctor wants to wait two weeks before doing a pregnancy test, then you aren't at the point where you'd be able to feel the baby kicking. If you were at the point you could feel the baby kicking, then there would be no question as to whether or not you're pregnant, because you'd be showing. The spotting could be psychosomatic, it could hemorrhaging, or it could be menstrual.

sorry, but it could be a mind over body thing. i went thru this for over 5 yrs. til it finally happened. i too even felt lil kicks that was'nt real. i know this is not what you want to hear, but this is real. my aunt had what is called a false pregnancy (bac in the day) her belly even got so big that she was wearing maturanty clothes, even had signs of being preg. all but there was no baby.
the simple thing to do is a blood test, blood test won't lie...
good luck and i know your pain!! i actually pray for women to have a baby/babies when/if it is meant to be, hopefully you and your hubby is meant to have one.
