Well instead of having him pick you up meet him somewhere public. Go on your date somewhere like a restaurant and afterwards say goodnight and drive yourself home or have someone pick you up! That way you arent pressured to have sex! Hope this helps!

I suppose the real question should be "when to have sex?" rather than having or not having it on the first date. Like so many things in life, it depends. On what? On circumstances. Mature couple, why not? Immature (by whatever definition), perhaps not too soon. Very young (again, any definition works here), maybe better to wait a bit and check things out. Any rules? Of course not. It's like asking "how long is a rope?" Sex happens when it happens and sometimes the best intentions don't work. So, good luck. Talk about it with your prospective partner. You make the decision with your partner. Then honor each others wishes.

1; don't put yourself in any position where's it's easy to have sex. No bedrooms, no confortable places to lie down, no dark places, etc.
2. Tell yourself that you need to hold off, that you want this relationship to last and not be a one night stand! If you do anything too early you'll run the risk of damaging the relationship, either the way you feel or the way your partner does.
3. Do *not* stress about it. Relax and enjoy your date to it's fullest! If you stress over it, you'll ruin the date, your partner will get worried/anxious over it and it'll just end bad. Don't think about it, enjoy whatever you're currently doing, and once you're done with the date, say g'night and leave!

ya cant give it up on ya first date. then dudes wont respect ya. make lunch dates or somethin. ive found that personally that i am much more satified with just a quick kiss or a hug in the day time than at night time. then after the date just leave and go on about your daily buisiness. if you feel the need to and cant resist then make sure you make him wear a rubber. and just think about all those people out there with aids and herpes and all that that dont tell tell the girl about it just cuz they want a piece. with men also its alot harder to tell about alota std's cause alot of them will stay unnoticable for weeks and even months and even if you cant see them they are still contractable. you dont wanna be that 26 year old used up ho livin on welfare with 12 kids all by different daddys and that no man wants cuz they all know do ya? just think about that before you go ****** everyone you go on a date with. it aint pretty to think about but thats the way it is. you might want to start telling your partners to get tested before you do them too. some of that stuff will kill you, and dont think "it wont happen to me" either cuz it can happen to anybody. just be safe and stay respectable girl.

Go on a group date. Or if it's just the two of you be on places that won't trigger your urge like the moviehouse... Dine in a restaurant... go malling...

Easy.
I just remind myself that I have no earthly idea where their sexual organs have been.
I remind myself that it is conceivably possible that the woman I am dating has Golden Arches above her bedroom that reads 99 Billion Served.
The thought alone keeps me focused on the person and their character and moves sex to the back-burner.

If you have not learned to control your urges, you have no business taking anyone out on a date.
