if you are talking about Wisdom...that is not GODS daughter. Wisdom is spoken in 2 terms...in the third party...as choicer than the most precious and costly jewels, and here it is spoken of in the feminine. Wisdom is, however, the Word of GOD, and the Word of GOD is CHRIST. and CHRIST is GOD. and GOD is CHRIST. they are 2 yet one in thought and deed.

Verses in Proverbs should not be translated laterally.The book on Proverbs is about the teachings on morals and religious matters given to the Jews.It is also a bout knowledge on the Old Testament on moral values in life..
It is to show that punishment of sins is not tolerated by God. and it is like a poem. No material thing is involve.
