Well depends on the state of your life.
If you are in college with a part time job to support your education, you probably shoulda waited until you had your own job and was settled in an apartment or house. Some people believe that all 24 year olds are not settled and ready to have a family. So it all depends on where you are in your life.

I got married at 18 and thought I had it all figured out. I thought we were perfect for eachother and were going to live happely ever after. I am now 24 and have been divorced for a year. I will say that I loved him with everything inside of me and always will, but I wish I waited longer. I found out later that he was not who I thought he was. Don't rush a good thing.

24 is a good age to get married, if you've found the right person. For men, I'd say the age is closer to 26 or so. Don't listen to your friends criticize you. Good night!

It would have been okay to wait alittle longer but these days they are marrying young. To me under the age of 18 is too young to marry.

Age doesn't count...it's the maturity level that counts, plus some puberty and skills.
