You probably have what actually alot of kids have. They have small pimple-like things growing on their back, neck, and chest. (along with face acne) I searched more about this, and usually happens because of poor scrubbing of the skin. If you don't scrub or affoliate your skin, then the dead skin cells with get mixed with your oil.
Try to find//buy a nice rough scrubber for the tub. Make sure you get everything on your body and as far as the acne// black heads, try a solution like pro active or clean and clear.

Dr. Murad’s Acne Complex says that 3 simple steps, 2 times a day can reduce and clear your skin in 4 weeks. Seeing the popularity of Acne Complex one can understand that Acne Complex is certainly effective.
In the Acne Complex kit there are 3 items. A Clarifying Cleanser, an Exfoliating Acne Treatment Gel and a Skin Perfecting Lotion. The direction of use is given in the Acne Complex kit. Otherwise you can learn it on the website of Acne Complex. You can even order Acne Complex from their website too.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL 1/ Never, ever touch your face. 2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day. 3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal 4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal. Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing. 5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again. 6/ Do this for 90 days. 7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days. Source: A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes. The secret is never to touch the spots Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

I used to have that problem and then I started using an exfoliating body wash from Bath & Body Works with a loofah and all my problems went away. You could also get one of those brushes with a longer handle to reach your back. It's the exfoliating bits of the body wash that really helps...try it!

Try using Neutrogena body clear body wash, it is a effective yet gentle formula that contains Salicylic Acid, a acne-fighting ingredient. It treats and helps prevent breakouts on your back, chest and shoulders without overdrying or irritating your skin. It does not contain pore-clogging residue, thus reducing breakouts.

Try to flush your system out with colon cleanse a few times. By cleaning your system, you get rid of a lot of bad stuff in your body. Your diet makes a big difference too. If it works, excercise alot and drink a lot of water so you can get all the toxins out.

my boyfriend had bacne until i introduced him St.Ive's Medicated Scrub. he used it on his back for 2 days, and it cleared up completely! not even a single pimple left! try that!
you can also use it on your face. it doesnt work for me much, but it works for him. but what works for me and i'm still currently using is (ok you wont believe this) Coconut Oil. The miracles of coconut oil saved my skin. rashes, clogged pores, pimples will start to heal your skin up in a week and you can see perfect results in a month. use the cold press virgin coconut oil or extra virgin coconut oil, they work best.
