A homo? Or an H - M - O? A homo is a derogatory term for a homosexual. An HMO has something to do with medical insurance.

In today's slang hmo means homosexual it's just like calling a woman lezbo that's slang for lezbian. They aren't very nice name's for homosexuals.

a homo is short for homosexual and if that what your friend thinks of you then she is not really your friend then and not only that if you asked her to tell you then she really does not care about your friendship or your feelings at all.
