Yes, you can. It's best to watch the amount of avacado you eat. An one 6-ounce avocado contains about 325 calories and 31 grams of fat. That's quite a bit, so just remember moderation.

A whole avocado has roughly 350 calories. It's technically a fatty fruit, however it's all good fat so you won't have to worry about increasing cholestorol. It won't make you gain weight as long as you work those calories and fat grams into your diet wisely. I cut one in half and slice thin to put into sandwiches/salads. Leave the pit in the other half and tightly wrap with plastic (squirt with lemon or lime if you have it) to minimize browning for a day.

It all depends on how uch you are eating. Naturally, avocado contains fat, but its that good fats. If you are substituting meats for avo in a sandwhich, then you may end up loosing weight.I mean dont go crazy with it, but if you include it in your diet, and eat it in moderation, it is good for you and you wont gain weight.

No they're very low in calories and full of vitamins. They may seem like they're rich or fatty but it's the enzymes in them that make them feel that way. Natural enzymes are good for your digestion too.
