Everything is working.
except when i try to adjust font box it shut down completely without any error message!
i tried searching for solutions in adobe.com and many other forums but i'm to find any solutions.
even tried reinstalling my CS2.
very very desperate..
please help!

i think this started to happen when i downloaded a windows update. help help help...!

Call the Adobe support people. The number is a toll free one and they are pretty good at getting things up and running again.
You can also log in to your Adobe account and send an email to support asking for their help.

There is probably nothing you can do about this if you have downloaded the latest patch and/or tried reinstalling.
