im 14, not officially diagnosed but close to it and i am freaking out about this feeling and its been lasting about an hour and a half usually if i have a kinda attack if has lasted this long before, but i really need some advice and i just need to calm down and yahoo answers sometimes helps

Start out by taking deep, slow breaths -slowly exhaling all the way, and then slowly inhaling all the way. Try to make the breathing as relaxed as possible. Think about anything besides the way you feel - you can try something like adding large numbers in your head, or even better - think about floating in a pool on an air mattress and soaking up the sun.

You know, even doctors such as myself sometimes experience these symptoms. That was one of the main reasons that I got into medicine. I was constantly freaking out that something was wrong with me and had various panic attacks with it.
The symptoms you are describing could be something more if it was in an older person, but since you're 14 I don't see any physical problems.

Try to do something you find relaxing. Read a book, listen to music, anything that you enjoy and can help you relax!
