being as you've run away from home things become harder to get free of their family in a court room
however, if you can legally prove that it was with a justifyable cause then your chances become better
justifiable causes being : temp. insanity, physical abuse, mental abuse which led to or caused any of the above....or any of the above leading to psychological disorders
your best chance at an emancipation is if you really need it and you have the capability to make mature decisions while providing for yourself

why not try have your custody transfered to someone else in your family that understands you better? I would think that would be easier

through the court system --and show ur are capable of taking Care of yourself by working , etc if no other income and the justification for asking the court to emancipate you

I'm no expert, but I do know that for a start you are going to have to show you can support yourself, keep up with school, behave responsibly.

It's not an easy process at all. Best of luck to you though.

you have to have a job, and a place to live, and basically be able to PROVE you can live alone... AFTER age 16...
