Citrus: Moses and all the people he murdered. God told him (and only him) to kill the Midianites, for example.

What if you learned that a guy had taken his son on a hiking trip up a mountain, and when they got to the top, the guy prepared to sacrifice his son on an altar because "God told me to." He only stopped at the last minute because, according to him, God told him it was just a test. And suppose this same guy had also chopped off the end of his willie, using a sharp rock and no anesthetic, because the same voice had commanded him to do so. Would you think this guy was a Prophet who had been Chosen by God to lead the people? Or would you think this guy was a first-class nut job who needed to be locked in a padded room for his own safety as well as others?

Science wasn't good in the days of the bible. All superstitious were recorded as true. Schizophrenia were not diagnosed then. In fact, I suspects most perverts recorded in the bible that went around killing or having "god's will" to commit adultery were suffering from some kind of mental diseases.

Murder : The unlawful killing of one human by another, especially with premeditated malice.

For information in Bible, please turn to Moses and read his "history". If premeditated killing of a whole city is not classified as murder, what is?

adultery : voluntary sexual intercourse between a married person and someone other than his or her lawful spouse.

For Information in Bible, please turn to Judah and read his "history". If asking his younger son to "lay" with his sister in law to produce offspring and having f***ed his own daughter in law to have an offspring is not classified as adultery, what is? (In both instances .... god are pleased, or so said in the bible. god even killed the younger son because he "spill his seeds on the floor" (most churches use this as the proof god does not allow masturbation)....... now tell me that is following his own commandment?)

Things were different back then. A little more crazy since people were way more superstitious. Even in America in the 1600s, people were being killed for being witches. The court system was allowing it and they believed they were doing the 'right' thing in a religious sense. I think we know a little bit more about the human brain these days and understand mental illness better.

It is not ok for anyone to commit murder. Schizophrenic people are operating outside of reality and need major help from doctors. They are not people that you should base your behavior on or think that they are behaving in a Christian manner just becuase they identify themselves as Christians.

Id like to see where it says in the bible that its okay to murder someone. If your talking about sod. and morrah(shortening the word) ppl did that to themselves. Flooding of the earth.... ppl did it to themselves. Never once is someone praised for murder.
