What does it mean when girls staring at a guy blanky (by blankly, I mean just stare at you with no emotion and doesn't greet you or do anything to catch your attention) as he walks by them? Just want to know?

They find you attractive, and they are doing something to catch your attention. Not everything has to be so obvious. They are more subtle than the flirty types.

It means the girl is and just staring... and not trying to get the guys attention or flirting with him.
