What are some books like the Tom Clancy Splinter Cell seriers?

I am almost finished witht the 3rd book and I'm looking for something else to read.

I have tried one but I want a series that focuses on one central character. I like sorta of spy and military fiction books

There are other Tom Clancy's series.
Try Net Force, and Op-Centre series.
