There have been no Welsh Popes and only 1 English Pope.

205 were Italians, 19 Frenchmen, 14 Greeks, 8 Syrians, 6 Germans, 3 Africans, 2 Spaniards, 1 Austrian, 1 Palestinian, 1 Englishman, 1 Dutchman, and 1 Pole

Only one English pope, Pope Adrian IV in the 1100's. No Welsh ones.

There has been one English pope, but I don't think any Welsh ones. His name was Nicholas Breakspear (Adrian IV)
