Ok Adam. You need to take your kitten to he vet for her very fist check up. The vet will talk to you about her first vaccinations against rabies, distemper and perhaps other vaccines for other diseases. She will also need to be dewormed. Ask the vet for the best kind of cat food to give her and protection against fleas. Then you need to make an appointment with the vet to get your kitty spayed (i.e., de-sexed or "fixed") to prevent her from getting pregnant.

First of all, Breathe! Well, use punctuation at least...
Yes, you should take your kitten to the vet for a check up and shots. And have her spayed (what is often called 'fixed') so she won't have kittens. She is old enough to go into heat- which, I can assure you, is not pleasant for her or for her people!
Since this is your first kitten, you'll want to talk with the vet a lot about what shots she will need, and if she needs any special foods or care. You may find it helpful to keep a file with her records in it.
Good luck!

Take her to the vet and tell them she needs spayed (a cat hysterectomy-her reproductive organs will be removed). This is a very common surgery and she will be at the vet overnight. She will be a little sore for a couple of days when she comes home but will be fine. She also needs her shots (they'll know what to give her). She is at the age to have her 1st heat (time when she can get pregnant) now, so get her to the vet soon to be spayed. Plan to spend about $100. Call around to check prices. Good luck and love that kitty! â¥

Has your kitten ever had any shots? If not, then definitely get your kitten to the vet for the kitten boosters they should have.
Your cat should definitely get fixed too. ''Fixed'' refers to spaying a female, and neutering a male. Prevents unwanted pregnancies, and also takes away the possibility of certain cancers.

Yes, she has to go to the vet for shots - to keep her healthy and from getting diseases if she is is an outdoor cat (please keep all cats inside) !!
Female cats need to be spayed (which removes the uterus so she can't have kittens). If a female cat is NOT spayed, be prepared for periods of time when she is in heat (ready to mate) as she will just scream and howl and meow something awful pretty much all day (and night!)
So there you go....please get her to the vet, get her spayed, and you will have a nice and healthy kitten to play with for a very long time!

She's about the right age to take to the vet to have her spayed (sterilised so she can't have kittens, unless you plan on breeding with her, not advisablew with all the cats winding up in shelters, rather have her spayed/fixed), and needs some of her shots, after which the vet will let you know exact dates for her yearly boosters. Good on you for thinking about her shots and wanting to take proper care of her.

ok definately take her to the vets, they know what to do!
you will need to get her chipped so that if she gets taken by someone or gets lost and taken into a pet centre they can scan her nape or her neck and all your details of where you live will come up. the chip is inserted with a needle and is relatively painless for the cat,, lasts a few seconds.
you will need to get her wormed..the vet will take her by the scruff of the neck so her mouth opens and they pop a tablet down her throat and stroke her neck until it has been swallowed.
they will give her vaccines that protect her from things like cat flu etc, and you can get then to give her a vaccine that will stop her from getting fleas as it sends off hormones that stop the fleas from wanting to land on her.
you may also want to consider getting her neutered if you plan on letting her out if you dont want litters of kittens.
you should also think about getting some pet insurance.
it starts from as little as like £7 a month, and this will cover you if she were to have an accident or something.
if you plan to let her out into the street you may want to make sure you tell the vet this as they sometimes offer to cut the claws down. you dont want the claws cut down if she is going to be an outdoors cat as she will need to fight back against other cats should she get into a fight.
you may want to think about getting her a magnetic cat flap and collar so that she is the only cat that can come in and out.
uhh what else... oh yeah! and if she hasnt been in the garden yet then it s a good idea to get her a lead. they come with harnesses.. so you can take her out to get her familiarised with the garden!
have fun with kitty! take photos now as they grow up fast!

You need to get her to a vet. Make sure she gets up to date on her shots and you'll definitely want to get her fixed. It's a little expensive but it's good for the animals and the environment.

the shots are there to keep the your cat from getting rabies, or heart worms, the shots are good 4 your pet and there a good thing to do if your cat accidental bites or scratches some one you can get charges pressed if your cat do sent have its shots.
getting your cat fixed just means that the cat wont be as mean and wont be able to have babies.
