The Yahoo Answers is over crowded by Christians for obvious reason. It is western and primarily in English. The Islamic 15 billion are also not as educated as the Christians to have an entry into the Internet. But the ill feelings ventilated against Islam is a qualitative resentment against the growing terrorism and fundamentalism which is supported by the Muslims in general.

Can't say I've noticed most of the questions are against the Islamic faith. Seems to be a lot of Christianity out there.

I'm an equal opportunity atheist.

I'm against faith, period. It;s an attempt to argue for a religious position without having to bring up evidence to support it.

I'm specifically against radical Islam which upholds Medieval laws (Shariah) about gays, women, and non-believers. These radical views comprise approximately 10% of Islam and passively supports the terrorism that destroys innocent lives.

I am generally tolerant of everyone in real life, as long as they don't try to force religion into my government. But I do have my opinions on the issues.

And I do take great issue against the Islamic (or any faith)faith when it tries to control my freedom. (note the difference between Muslim and Islamic: Muslims are believers in Islam, Islamic folks agree in an Islamic form of government that is tantamount to theocracy: Big difference!).

Since you're only looking for questions on Islam, you think they're against Islam. Add up all the questions and you'll see that Christianity takes the brunt of the criticism in here.

I see more questions against denominations of christianity, esp catholics, mormons, and jw's, than I see questions even having anything to do with Islam? Or are you saying that any question not having to do with positive aspects of Islam are against islam, even if they don't discuss Islam at all?

Most of the questions in R&S don't concern the Islamic faith.

The questions are reflective of the current human thinking among the elite in the world. The Muslims access to the Internet is directly proportionate to their educational level. That may be one many reasons.

May be, most of the users of Yahoo are non-Muslims and there is growing intolerance against the Islamic faith due to terrorism in the name of Jihad.

>>My guess is that most of the people using this site are of English speaking nations which of course are a majority of Judaeo-Christian backgrounds. We have also been the target of the crazy fundamentalist Islamic people as far as terrorism is concerned. If this site was more frequented by those in Arabic and Eastern countries, I would assume the opposite would be true. In any event, it would seem to me that Christians beliefs are just as persecuted at this point and it has become ok to do so.

That is what you think, but my feeling is that it is the Christians who are putting lots of questions on their religion and lots of non-Hindus have been ridiculing at Hindu out of sheer ignorance. Do not mind. It is all an intellectual exercise to arrive at the truth of every thing.
