Yes, it's possible. The stuffed animal idea is a good one. Something to help her with her mothering instinct. her milk will dry up soon. Not really a cause for concern, and nothing to do but keep an eye on her.

There are many questions here, so let me pick an choose:
Can a spayed dog become pseudo pregnant - in a perfect world no, "but maybe yes" is the best answer.
Is she producing milk or is there just a bit of secretion? If she is in full lactation I would want an ultra sound of her abdomen, but a little secretion is OK.
Should you be concerned? The mamary Glands are a direct pathway to the bloodstream. Infections directly and quickly affect the dog. Big swolen mamary gland can also be a sign of disease.
It is easy to just say go see a vet, but as long as you dont know exactly what you are looking at, it is hard to gather good information any other way. With an established diagnosis you can the ask these questions further.
Finally Co-lactation of a non pregnant ***** (female dog) by hormone transfer via small amounts transfered when in close contact (dogs are 60 times more sensitive to female hormones than humans) could be just a myth, I dont know but I have heard of such a thing.

Hi- i starred this question, because truthfully, i have no clue, many people are saying yes, but do you just go with the majority vote?? I would call my vet, and talk to him, my vet is not one just out to make money, and if he says she needs to come in for i visit, i would take her...
All vets are different, i strongly trust mine, and you should trust yours as well, if you don't, then consider getting a new vet!
As long as your dog is spayed, there is a very small chance she is preggy, and would she go from no signs or pregnancy->Seeing neighbors preggy dog->Producing milk??
That's what ponders me......
Like i said, i would call my vet!
~~Good luck~~
i hope this helps, and i hope everything turns out Aokay!

Yeah, I know for a fact that it can happen... Although it only happened once, and then she quit producing milk etc. But it does most definitely happen. It's likely that the milk will disappear... Don't let the neighbour puppies feed from her tho.. and once her body is rid of those hormones that caused her to produce milk have gone from her system, she is likely to be fine.
