We are the children of GOD..
Jesus is the Son of God, that is, HE is GOD!
Why do you want to compare between you and Jesus..
He is too perfect, holy, too mighty and powerful to be compared by us the sin lover.

He was the very beginning of creation by God.
He was the VERY FIRST THING that was created.
Proverbs 8:22-31 speaks of Christ being the Master Worker.
"He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation; 16 because by means of him all [other] things were created in the heavens and upon the earth, the things visible and the things invisible, no matter whether they are thrones or lordships or governments or authorities. All [other] things have been created through him and for him. 17 Also, he is before all [other] things and by means of him all [other] things were made to exist, " Colossians 1:15-17
“YOU are from the realms below; I am from the realms above. YOU are from this world; I am not from this world."
-John 8:23
Jesus’ life course might be divided into three stages. The first began long before his human birth. His origin was “from early times, from the days of time indefinite,” says Micah 5:2. Jesus himself said: “I am from the realms above”—that is, from heaven. (John 8:23) He had been in heaven as a mighty spirit person.
Since all created things had a beginning, there was a time when God was alone. Countless ages ago, however, God became a Creator. Who was his first creation? The last book of the Bible identifies Jesus as “the beginning of the creation by God.” (Revelation 3:14) Jesus is “the firstborn of all creation.” That is so “because by means of him all other things were created in the heavens and upon the earth, the things visible and the things invisible.” (Colossians 1:15, 16) Yes, Jesus was the only one directly created by God himself. Therefore, he is called God’s “only-begotten Son.” (John 3:16) The firstborn Son also bears the title “the Word.” (John 1:14) Why? Because before being born as a human, he served in heaven as one who spoke for God.

No we are not all sons of God. Only faith in Jesus gives us the right to be sons and daughters of God. (John 1:12 and Galatians 3:26) Jesus is the bridge between us and God. Without Jesus we have no life. That is why Jesus is the Man!....lol

Yes, we are all children of God, but Jesus Christ was the firstborn spiritually and chosen to be the Only Begotten in the flesh to bring about the Atonement and quell death through the resurrection.
That is why Jesus stands between us and God the Father as our Savior, Redeemer, and Mediator.

Our Heavenly Father chose Jesus' plan of salvation for us. Yes we are all sons and daughters of God just as Jesus is. Just as Jesus was afforded the opportunity to become a God as His Father, so will we be offered that same opportunity when we are ready
Our Father in Heaven has promised ALL that He has. Even to the point of us becoming Gods ourselves. He will always be our God and Christ will always be our Lord and God.

The first time He's mentioned is in Genesis 49. Then called Shiloah.
I don't think that any of us can claim that.
He is sinless, has nothing wrong with him.
I don't think that anyone of us can claim that with any truth.
He was God and man, God in the flesh.
None of us are considered that by God.
He created all things, ( John 1) and is the light of men.
Again, who else can claim that?
And so it goes on and on.

Not all are sons of God.
"For I have often told you, and now tell you even with tears, that many live as enemies of the cross of Christ. Their destiny is destruction, their god is their belly, and their glory is in their shame. Their minds are set on worldly things." (Philippians 3:18-19)

That's the irony--Christ taught that the Kingdom of God is within us all(Luke17:21)--& that we are not separate--So what do his followers do--They make Christ separate--call him the only Son of God--& declare themselves as Gods chosen ones--LOL--talk about ego stuffing the message up!!!

He is God's only "begotten" son. As a person we love everyone but I think we love our own more.
