Well, it doesn't sound like you need to lose weight, but if you really need to....
Eat several small and healthy meals each day. Stay away from junk foods, fast foods, candies, sweets and sodas. Load up on fruits and veggies.
Drink lots of water each day!
Of course, exercise. Dancing is a great form of exercise!☺
Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat and a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.

To lose the weight, you need to eat less calories and start exercising. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!!
For exercise, do three to four sessions a week, 20 minutes at a time, of intense jogging, running, the Stairmaster, the elliptical, jumping rope, or biking should be enough to get the process in gear. Swimming, hiking, and taking aerobics classes are beneficial as well.
Nothing beats jogging or running. It's the most intense, efficient, and effective method of burning calories. If running outside hurts your joints, try running inside on a treadmill or outside on a dirt path.
Again, you NEED three to four intense cardio sessions a week, at least 20 minutes a session, to help create a calorie deficit and help rid the body of the fat.
Also do at least ten minutes a day of strength training.
In terms of diet, you need to have 50 percent of your calories come from protein, 40 percent carbs, 10 percent fats. Cut calories gradually.
