I want to ask a USA accountant because I have sets of questions to clarify about taxes when doing e-commerce business especially if I am a Philippine based e-commerce business serving USA clients. I don't want to violate any USA tax policy.

If you are a foreign entity doing business entirely outside the US you owe no US taxes regardless of where your customers live.
