I have noticed that the left side of my manubrium/ribs sticks out more than my right. Is this normal?

the body is not perfectly symmetrical
dont worry about it unless its causing you pain

Absolutely normal. Mine are the same and if I'm not mistaken, so are every male human being's.

The christian story of Adam and Eve says that a rib bone was taken from Adam to create Eve... it's a story, but it's the only explanation I'm away of.

It's most likely a variation of normal. Observe to make sure it's not getting more prominent, and have your doc check it the next time you see him/her.
