it sounds stupid but i got really good and chatty to people by practising having a imaninary conversation on my own in my bedroom.
write down all possible questions you may be asked about cars, and find different answers that'll answer that question.And then just practice asking the question in your head and say out loud what you would say to someone.
be honest to your customers. if you find that theres a car deer in the show room and theres one simalar but cheaper- tell them that you recomed they go with cheap car as theres noting special with deer car the cheap one hasnt got.
be really chatty with the customers. tell them your experiences with cars and what you personally think are good quality cars. joke around saying even though you shouldnt say this but you would never be seen driving that make of a car as its dorky and something your nan would drive.
doing all these things will get the sustomer to trust you. every salesman lies and tries to get people to buy deerest cars. be different . be honest and recomend a cheaper car as it has everything that a deerer car would have. when honest you will be suprised with how many people will trust you and will like you as a salesman.

But, no matter what you sell, revert back to what you learned when you were new, the basics are the only way to sell cars. And it works.
