When i was at church one day. (This is before i started to read books and learn a thing that Christian call "Satans Teaching" Yes. Science and facts) The preacher said that if you do not take Jesus into your heart you will go to hell.
If 33% of the world religion is Christian. Then does that mean that 67% of the world is going to hell? Wow, That sucks...

Thx for all the great answers, Im glad alot of people agree with me that this is just all stupid.
Me myself am not christian, Im a person of science and fact (Yeh i goto college) j/k that was mean. Im going to get flamed for being Ignorant now >_<. Im very Anti-Christian myself. I do believe in a god. Dont get me wrong. Im just saying after i sat down and studied the Holy Bible and historical facts of Christian religion ive come to learn that. Its a very corrupt religion with death, murder and ignorance.

My Fav. Reply so far is this one!
Tom:
It is quite possible that 67% of the world is going to Hell.. but that is NOT what I believe...
I believe that only those who KNOW Jesus and still reject Him as their Savior will go to Hell...
I believe that there are 3 Kingdoms of Heaven and that most of us will go to the least of the 3 just because we are here on earth (about 1/3 of the full number of God's Spirit children rebelled and were cast out with Lucifer so they won't even get to come to earth and get a physical body)...
I believe that ONLY those who accept Jesus as Savior and follow His commandments will be allowed into the Greater Kingdoms of Heaven.

I personally think its a way to just control people and keep them focused on the church's doctrine-I remember being told that halloween was the devils holiday and that by dressing up like a ghost or a monster was supporting the devil....right so those8 year old trick or treaters are just satan worshippers-I think the church tries to have too much control over people they try to include politics and tell you who to vote for especially over the war in iraq a lot of preachers were telling the members to vote for so and so to save so and so but it is what it is religion is a very test subject very hard to mess with because there are still extremely religious people who will regect anything if their priest or rabi tell them to if there is a hell and a heaven and if the christians are right then maybe 67% would go to hell but i believe that if there is a god if you really truely look into all teachings of every religion the key factor is not your membership card or how much you preach because that is being selective and prideful-something your not spposed to be- what the religions are basically saying is to treat one another as best as you can love each other and respect eachother because if you hate everyone you will essentially kill each other. and another thing if god loves all why is that just because we have the burdon of judgement and choices its only humans that go to heaven animals just burn in hell do they not posses souls or hearts or brains?

Dude, as a Christian I can tell you that God created Science and Facts! The thing that doesn't suck about non-believers going to Hell is that everyone is equal in God's eyes and all have sinned and fallen short of the mark (perfection) and thus all people start from the same doomed place. God is constant and always open to those who seek him, so people who desire a relationship with Christ are not doomed. It is only those who reject Jesus who go to Hell. Going to Hell or Heaven is a personal choice.

There are many difinitions of what or who a Christian is in this world today, sadly but true, even Christians, some, actually alot of them will not be saved... but even in the worst of situations everyone will have a chance to accept Jesus as thier saviour. ( that is believers and unbelievers)
Science isn't satan's teaching, knowledge comes from God, it is what is done with science that makes it evil ( such as cloning and horrible experiments on animals and humans)
Science has and continues to prove the existence of God, but many scientists that do not yet believe in God try to explain facts with confused and erroneous answers.
For every good thing that God has done, Satan has or will have a counterfiet for.
It is sad that some preachers do not preach the wonderful news along with the horrible news in revelation and say, Get Jesus or die... Revelation tells us that there is hope intended for all of us, but again it comes down to choice.
It is really sad that many preachers who decide to preach from the pulpit in this way turn many away... we need to seek what God's word says and not the word of man.
"Let God be true and every man a liar. "

Not only is 67% of the world going to the Lake of Fire, probably 67% of the remaining 33% will also. Calling yourself a Christian and being a Christian are not the same thing.

Well, the christian belief says that if people do not accept Christ as their Lord and saviour and obey the commandments then they are rebellious, disobedient etc and there can be none of that in heaven. God has to get rid of all sin this time so that what happened with satan rebelling and then being thrown out of heaven, never happens again.
God gives us the freedom to choose whether we will follow him and his "rules' or not..so really, if we do not go to heaven then it is our choice...not His. Jesus died for all of us..so that we might have life more abundantly. God could zap us and make us into robots so we all become good and obedient etc..but he doesn't want robots..he wants people who will truly love him.
If people cannot grow to love God and follow his rules because of that love and respect..then how on earth could they be happy in heaven?
It is all up to us.....we know how much He loves us..God sent His only son to die in our place...what else can God do to show His love...
Heaven is to be a place where there is no more sin, pain, tears, unhappiness, illness etc etc etc....we either believe or we do not. We either follow Gods rules or we compromise and listen to man...
The decision is ours...God will not take people who are unwilling, to be with Him.

It all depends on your religion. If you believe in Jesus and take him into your heart, but dont practice the same things as some people do i think that you will still go to heaven, that is just what my ideas are though. I guess we wont know untill we go to heaven or meet Jesus. I also think that you will still go to heaven if you have been good to the Earth and say your prayers, but we'll never really know.

That's why, we are trying to reach unto the WHOLE WORLD, preach/tell them about JESUS..
John 14:6 said, that if we believe in JESUS, we can go to the Father..
Even we aren't christian, but we believe in Jesus and obey His order, we can be safe.
That means: Is not our religion that save us, but our faith with the right GOD...
Do you get that!?

Well, as Mark Twain supposedly said, "Heaven for the climate, Hell for the company."
The Christian religion is just one possible way of interpreting the world. Much as they wish they had all the answers, they don't.
