im like 16 female .. i always over eat terribly and the only way i can control this is if i eat once a day .. is this okay?? in that one meal i eat as much as a 20 yr old male eats for lunch .. and i may have like a little snack after that but maybe not and i drink 2 litters of water a day so im not really hungry .. im not even hungry when i over eat i just eat when im bored .

i have been eating like this mondays thru fridays since 5th grade ... i just recently stopped .. sometimes i was hungry in between but ther was never anything healthy to eat so i just felt a little hungry so ide get home at like 3:00 and eat dinner and thatd be it .. i remember in 5th grade sometimes ide still be hungry so ide order a pizza but i feel this way is somehow benificial

i have tried eating 6 smalls meals a day to once i start i cant stop so if i eat my first small meal ill have like 3 times as much as i should and it will equal 6 big meals a day ... eating once a day it all goes in at the same time so im full and stay that way till tomorrow

it is not ok. in fact our bodies do way better if we eat 6 really small meals a day. like when you wake up maybe eat a peice a fruit, in 2 hours maybe 1 slice toast with peanut butter, nother couple hours maybe you get slice pizza for lunch...ect...
dinner you eat small peice of meat and plenty of salad or veggies... you need to spread it out you will be less likely to overeat that way cause you wont get that starving feeling........

No, its not good to eat once a day. Far better to spread the same amount of calories out over the day. Eating once a day mucks up your blood sugar levels which can create cravings and binges, defeating the reason for eating once a day.
There is no harm in drinking that amount of water, and its good for you.
If you only over-eat when bored why not look for an activity that you enjoy? Then you could eat more regularly and still not gain weight, providing you were doing something physical.
Deiting is always a balancing act, so some professional advice might not go astray. Good Luck.

That is bad because if you eat that little you will gain weight because every little calorie and every little bit of fat gets saved and turns into fat so you end up getting more fat. Then your body resourtes to eating at your muscles for fat so you start losing muscle.
