No, if He were fair with me, I would be sent to hell. But He will not send me there because He loves me unconditionally. It is not about me getting what I deserve.

I know all the bad things I have done. The higher power knows too so she will be fair! Besides repenting does not change the fact that I did the things I did. It's like throwing a rock thru a window then saying I sorry. I does not fix the window.

Sorry, but Fairness is a human construct, not a divine attribute - what's fair to me may not be fair to you. Whereas God is a JUST God. Justice is the very nature of God as is Mercy and Grace. But, thanks to God, He is not just a just God, but a God of Mercy and Grace, otherwise we'd all be separated from Him for eternity. So, my assurance is in A Just God who by His Mercy and Grace (God'sRiches At Christ's Expense), made a way for me to enter into Heaven even tho I didn't deserve it. Sin must be dealt with and is punishable by death. Justice must be served by a Just God. But thru God's Grace, Jesus gave His life for me, thus serving my punishment so I could go free and God would say 'debt paid, you are free to enter My Kingdom my child'

The moment I accepted Jesus into my heart He assured me that I am justified through faith and by Grace, I am sanctified in Christ. That His Word is True, and that He will never leave me nor forsake me. As far as I'm concerned, that is more than enough assurance.

I will be doomed if God is absolutely fair to me. I want Him to be merciful and forgiving of my sins.

I have the assurance because Jesus has paid for my debt. When I accepted HIM as Lord and savior of my life.In the bible it speaks about my name being in the Lambs book of life. You can have this same assurance,if you do not already. Its about recieving Jesus as your savior.

I dont have to worry about it. I dont believe in Judgement day. I am more concerned that I feel good about the way I am living my life, that I practice justice, caring and giving.
