Like, if you can get one of these birds, I think you have to like have a special permit. A real like special permit.

Depends on where you are. If you are in Australia, you could have a penguin with a special Zoo Keepers license. That would cost you about $1000 a year.

Neither of these birds could be kept as a pet, even with a license. Zoos are capable of keeping penguins, but they require a very sophisticated set up. Cuckoos would be very difficult to keep due to diet.
