First of all maybe you don't need it.
Turn on your PC and give it time to start fully.
Plug the web cam. You should have an icon on button right telling you that "a new device has been detected". If you get it, you're home free.
Now if you do need a driver. Go to http://www.ibm.com/Search/?q=webcam&v=14&lang=en&cc=us&en=utf
There, find the model of your camera, adn either you'll have links to "download the driver" or there's a button on the page "support & downloads" where you can ask them any questions.
You can also check the downloads sections http://www.ibm.com/products/finder/us/finders?pg=ddfinder
Good luck

Is it an old cam? Did you use the disk? If so, it will probably work fine without the new one.. Unless it was a new cam... If it was a new cam...
