SOunds like you and yoru sister have found a great way to boost your vitamin C intake w/ excess sodium to flavor your foods!

The first significiant syptom of a vit. C overdose is fissures, or cracked, sort of pimply-looking sores in the corners of the mouth. It is hard to OD on Vit. C as it is not stored by the body, but excess is peed out. So I think you're ok.

And I've never heard of it yellowing teeth!

This is great, in moderation. Sounds like you two have it about right. A really good source of vitamin C.

Of course, in larger amounts, too much of anything (including water) is bad for you. Doesn't sound like you're doing that much of it, tho.
