Well, I'm a guy, 18, and 5"10. My weight varies between 170-175. And I got somewhat of a michelin tire thing goin on, so I'm guessing I'm not at the weight I should be at.

What should I be at, and when I get there, will there be flab (extra skin) from losing weight?

go to this web site to find out how over weight you are, if you exercise regularly and watch what you eat, your skin is young enough to rebound and go back to normal, do it now, as you age the skin gets less and less elastic.

Your weight is fine. If you want to gain weight, hit the gym
