"she's fine"?
as in, she's not hurt/sick/etc / she's ok
dont give me an internet translation i could do that too if i wanted one. only answer if you speak german.

hahahah whoever said, "nicht weiss! Ich Liebe kuchen" don't try to give me random things thinking i'll say them in a conversation and make an idiot out of myself =) i speak almost fluently, i'm just having trouble finding an exact translation for "she's fine."
"Sie ist gesund" isn't exactly the same, nor is "sie ist ok." =/
If you find something good, i'll pick it as best answer

No translation so far does really sound German. I don't think you would translate "She's fine" literally. You could do that with your alternative "she's o.k." ("Sie ist ok"), though.
I'd say "Es geht ihr gut." for "She's fine".

In regards to medical conditions you'd say "Sie ist gesund". As above said, it means she is healthy/okay.

"Sie fühlt sich wohl" basically means "she feels well," but it literally means "she herself feels well" because it has a reflexive verb. I would go with that since it seems to be what you are looking for.
