We had Roast Pork, roasted pumpkin, potatoes, carrots, parsnip, peas, corn, mashed potato, mashed pumpkin and for dessert we had hot chocolate pudding with icecream, cream and custar. My mouth is watering just typing this!

I made chicken scallopini with portobellos and a white wine sauce, roasted red potatoes with garlic and fresh rosemary, whole green beans and pineapple upside down cake for dessert. It was great!

i made: asparagus veloute, poached egg, baby asparagus garlic foam for starter
roast pork belly, vanila apple puree, safron fondants, spicy plums and glazed carrots for main
2 desserts, lemongrass n coconut pannacotta with chilli tuilles and i made a big choc cake with coffee choc sauce! was yummy
