I heard about this and i'm wondering if anyone here can verify this? Is there any ingredient in cheese that is a bi-product of pigs?

i think you are refering to rennet, a setting agent used in cheese making which is often sourced from animal (pig) intestines. if you read the packaging on the cheese, there are also lots and lots of cheeses which state they use non- animal rennet.

No. They make cheese out of cows, buffalo, sheep, and goat, but NOT pig. Nor do they skim off lard to add to cheese. Cheese is a very simply-made food.

Now, if you are thinking of "head cheeese" or "hog's head cheese", that is not really cheese. It is a gelatinous mass of seasonings, pork meat, soem fat, and onions that you slice and eat on crackers.
