hi, what is better for gaining weight and building muscle. i lift almost everday and want to gian 25 pounds. what is better whey protein, or weight gianer. I talke whey and amino but somebody told me that muscle gianer is better. what is better whey or muscle gainer.

if you have the money and stomach for weight gainer then good for you but it sucks dude. plus if not getting fat is another goal then don't use weight gainer

It should be obvious but to gain weight, muscle gainer is better. It usually has more protein in it than a normal whey powder and often has whey protein in it. You won't get fat just as long as you workout hard. Mass Gainer usually is high calorie so you don't have to eat as much during the day. I've been taking Mass XXX from GNC and i've put on 15 solid pounds in 1 month and a half

if your body fat is average or higher don't use a weight gainer. you will need to consume more all natural low GI carbs like lentils, beans, barley, oats, etc. along with increasing the protein intake you have to increase the carbohydrate and fat intake. 40% of cals from protein, 40% from carbs and 20% from fats
