birds do not get "pregnant" but they can become "gravid" meaning they are holding an egg in their oviduct.

First, birds don't get pregnant, they lay eggs and the embryo develops inside the egg.

She would also need to be with a male budgie. Females can lay infertile eggs without a male present.

Give it about 6 weeks and see if she lays eggs! If no eggs then you'll know she's not!
