I eat habanero and jalapeno peppers on a daily basis. Someone said it could cause digestive problems.

if you have no digestive problems and are accustomed to eating such peppers, there should be no problem. They will make an existing problem worse, but they do not of themselves cause problems.

No, not unhealthy. In fact, the capsacin in spicy foods may help protect you somewhat, according to some reports. [Peppers CAN tend to have a lot of sodium, however.]

yes, it could cause digestive problems- but you'd find out right away (i.e. diareah or gas).. if its not giving you problems then you should know that spicy foods and peppers are healthy

peppers are low in calories

If it was, I'd be dead already! Love those peppers. Only some people ever have a problem with them, and that's not too common.

idk about the digestion issues but spicy foods can boost metabolism, which will make you burn fat fast! lol
