Sometimes we itch because we have nerve sensations caused by dermatitis which is a skin inflammation, mosquito bite, allergies or a pruritic condition caused by mites ,jaundice lymphoma(tumor of lymph glands)or a skin irritation ,,not including inflammation

Depends where do you itch? Arms/ Legs/ body, allergic to laundry detergent (perfume & powder)....

Are you staying hydrated on fluids, eating your 3 meals a day with fruit/veg included.

If your home is heated and no humidifier, dry air and your gonna itch, and go for the body lotion to stop the itch. Aveeno/ Glysomed/ and Baby lotion are some ideas to try--Extra strength lotion, by the way...

because we get intense and it causes our skin underneath to pinch tight and it makes us itch! dont know why though!
