Before you spend sooo much money and hurt your face read about this product it's what I've been using. This exfoliates your face. See your skin is constantly renewing itself. Skin cell renewal occurs every 15 to 30 days. Here's how it works: Plump, fresh cells develop in the bottom or basal layer of the epidermis, then make their way up to the surface or stratum corneum. Eventually these cells dehydrate and flatten until they slough off and are replaced by new cells. That's why it is very important to exfoliate so all the dead skin cells including scars and blemishes are scrubbed away. http://cgarcia1.qhealthbeauty.com/products/product.aspx?itemno=104210

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

you could use an acne peel... they are specially designed to get rid of post acne marks. they are really inexpensive too. i use a brand called acne free and i use it once every other day. you just rub it on your face, leave it on for five minutes, and rinse. and i would help you with the skin resurfacing problem, but i have no idea what that is.
hope this helped at least a little bit!!
good luck!

Tip: Never consider clinics who advertise cheap treatments. More often than not, these clinics employ less experienced people and even the sanitation is compromised. Even though you will pay less and get the treatment done, you will invariably have to spend extra money after you return on surgeries to mend their mistakes.
Following are a list of procedures employed to remove acne scars:
1. Dermabrasion
2. Subcision
3. Chemical Peels
4. Punch Techniques
5. Laser Resurfacing
6. Augmentation

I dont think its worth it to get resurfacing done, not only is it expensive but also probably damaging to your skin. Try using a fading cream instead, it may take longer but if you use it daily [or as instructed] it should give you great results.

i had the really big, red one on my cheek about 3 months ago. instead of going to the derm and paying tons of money to get rid of it, i did this instead. take a towel and something abrasive like st.ives apriocot scrub. gently but firmly massage you face for about a min. do this 1-3 times a week.
