You can love animals and still eat meat! Don't ever feel bad about that.

Animals are here for us to eat. We've been doing it since the beginning of time.

I love animals also. That in no way prevents me from having a thick, juicy pork chop or a steak grilled medium rare....

mmmmm...gotta go!

It's not the breed of animal, it's the company who kills them. Some places they hang the cows in shackles and slit their throats and while they're bleeding to death they hack them up into pieces. Other places quickly kill them with a bullet. You'll have to do your research on which ones are the humane ones. Yes, organic meats are much better. The majority of organic producers treat their cows well because happy cows taste better. They also don't pump them full of disgusting growth hormones that screw up their bodies. Organic cows remain comfortable and natural. I know Tillamook treats their cows very well, but I'm not sure if they do meat or just dairy. Their cows are pasture fed and treated like cow-kings their whole life. Whoa there people!!! What's all this about eating fish instead of meat??? Fish is meat too! It's a living animal that feels just as well as a cow or pig. You're not a vegetarian if you're still eating fish, you're just a very selective meat eater.

What you eat is largely habit and habits can be changed. There's nothing wrong with eating meat. The Bible says God put all the animals here for us to have dominion over them. So we can use them for farm work, pleasure as in horseback riding, transportation, pets, wool, leather from their hides, and food. However, you really must change your dietary habits to include fruits and vegetables if you want to be healthy, have a strong heart, and pretty hair and skin. Too much meat is bad for you. I'm sending you a food chart to see why you must eat a variety of food.

You will feel much more than pitiful if you do not eat better. A diet that is that high in protein can have repercussions. Eat a banana and an apple now and then and eat dark, green leafy vegetables as often as possible. If its a salad, toss some cut up chicken on it , but eat those greens. You must get fiber into your diet.
Drink plenty of water too.

The fake chicken products taste exactly like real meat!
Boca burgers are good if you have sauteed onions, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup and mustard, whatever you like. They are really good if you spruce them up a bit.

There are plenty of meat free products, they may not taste exactly the same but they are good replacements.Give them a try.I would start with the Boca chik'n products then start trying more of them.

You have to learn to like other fruits and veggies though, you can't live off of just mock meats.
