I'm 13 and I need a cute hairstyle for my semi-formal Saturday. I'm wearing a white halter and my hair is about 3 inches past my shoulders... HELP

Since your hair is pretty long, I would leave it down, especially since you're wearing a halter. Halters can sometimes make your shoulders look more broad and leaving your hair down will cover that up. If you've got thick hair, put half of it up and leave the other half down. there are a couple of different styles- but depending on how long shoulder length is u might not be able to do 1. the first scrape ur hair into a high pony tail, and smooth it out so its nice and sleek or let it be add a pair of earings or get some ribbon to wrap over ur ponytail holder. the other is a clip up style where u gather ur hair at the base of ur scalp (or higher if needed) and twist ur hair to the top of ur head secure with a big jaw clip and add some jewlery if u want to make it even more formal. some times a bun at the back of the nape will work too for another style :)
