yea the products with hoodia in them work REALLY well. My mom takes them and now she is like sooo f***ing skinny! She lost like 15-20lbs. from tht and also lots of deiting and exercise. Her diet is eat only one meal a day (dinner) and sometimes a fruit for lunch. Also she walks like every where. If u try this i garuntee u will lose 15-20lbs. in like months or more depending on ur height and weight.

most diet supplements do work, however they aren't utilized correctly. you have to initiate fat loss through changes in the diet and level of activity first. "then" when you have achieved steady fat loss you add in the fat burner, etc. to speed up the process.
