A custard that has a flame put to it before serving. Possible fresh berries on the side. One of my favorite especially if they use real vanilla bean. It adds great taste.

It's actually called "creme brulee" and it's made from a custard like recipe, usually cooked in little ramekins set in water, then sugar is added on top and torched with a butane torch to make it somewhat crispy on the top. It's a fave dessert of mine to order at restaurants because it's a pain to make at home!

I think you mean Creme Brulee - I'm no chef but it's kind of like custard left to cool and then topped with sugar which is heated up and gives it a sort of caramel topping.
