I'm about 35 yrs old. Since 2 yrs ago I feel my neck so stiff and muscle sore on my back right below the shoulder. When I turn my head, I feel sore. It feels like the day after we do heavy exercise/lifting. It doesn't bothers me so much, but it will be better without the pain. What cause that?

You just described the exact same symptom I have. I believe it can be caused by stress, or remaining in the same position for a long time, like at the computer. The neck has the job of holding the head up, so it works hard. There are some exercises my doctor gave me, but they don't help that much. I've learned to live with it. Some days are better than other days. I can hardly turn my head at times, and sometimes the muscles really burn. Take aspirin or other pain reliever. Heat and cold packs also help. Get a massage. Good luck!

its probably just a pinched nerve. since it hurts, you probably "give" to the shoulder which has weakened it some, so when you use your shoulder it would make it hurt worse. a doctor will want to cut it open probably--i wouldnt let them do that. the best thing is reflexology, seriously. it works really well if you use reflexology every day. the place for your neck is along the knuckle on your thumb and also the "knuckle" of your big toes. if you rub them and they are sore, then this shows there is a problem with the neck-- strained muscles or whatever. also, the place for your shoulder is the side of your hand by the pinky and the feet beside the pinky toes. it wont magically make you feel instantly better like taking tylenol or anything, but if you do reflexology for say 10 min every day you will see that it helps relatively quickly. hope this helps

its better to consult a doctor if it is continuously for 2 years. u might get some peripheral nerve block by a pain management anaesthetist or some muscle relaxant... but do not wait for the increase in soreness, go to a doc now

gldjns is right you need to decrease your stress in your life, do some relaxing things. Also use heat packs nightly for awhile, as hot as you can take it without burning yourself.
